I’ve had a post about time management sitting in my “scheduled” folder for weeks… Whenever the time comes to send, I push it back another few days. Frankly, talking about productivity and time management when there’s so much grief in the air feels unhelpful and out-of-touch.
In times when I don’t know what to do or say, I remind myself that it’s okay to slow down and check in with myself, despite the racing sense of urgency in my mind and body.
What’s actually required of me right now? What’s actually important to me right now? Where do I feel I can contribute meaningfully? What do I need in order to do that?
I was touched by ’s writing this week and encourage you all to pause, read, reflect, and continue to move forward in authenticity and compassion. There are also a number of resources made available in their post.
I will continue to stay true to what I feel is authentic, heart-focused, and intuitively timed — regardless of content calendars or previously planned posts.
P.S. If you are planning to attend my Mindful Inbox session on Monday, that may also look a bit different, a bit more slowed down, this week.
Sending love to you all 💗
Andrea
