I’ve started reading Women Who Work Too Much by Tamu Thomas and I can’t shut up about it.

I stopped reading “self-help” books a long time ago for many reasons but this book is not that. It’s not a “weekend read” so much as it’s a lifetime read. Not an instruction manual so much as a guide to introspection.

I have only gotten two chapters in so far because of how resonant the themes, journal prompts, and somatic practices are. It creates an inherently slow and steady pace in my body, which speaks to the intention in which it was written. 10/10 recommended.

I almost forgot to mention Mercury Retrograde in this month’s issue but then this morning I spilled orange juice all over myself and the kitchen floor. Here’s an oldie but goodie about what to expect over the next few weeks:
